Cara Murphy, PT, DPT
Cara has been practicing as a Physical Therapist for 19 years, 17 of which have been in an outpatient orthopedic setting. She has been practicing pelvic floor physical therapy for 13 years. Cara graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors of Kinesiology and Minor in Psychology. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Finch University of Health Sciences / The Chicago Medical School (currently Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science). She utilizes many treatment options but mostly enjoys treating patients with manual therapy. Cara became interested in treating pelvic floor disorders from her own personal experience. Care has a special interest in treating back pain, GI disorders, pregnancy related pain and pelvic pain in both men and women. Outside of the clinic, Cara enjoys spending time with her two daughters, cooking, doing yoga and traveling.
